How We Work 

We work as a project-oriented dance company where dancers are hired from project to

project. The size of the group, together with the combination, will vary to suit each specific

project in the best possible way.

The creative process will take place in a collaborative environment and the movement will

origin from the dancers and their abilities. M.A.D.E works from the concept that all

movement is valid and what you do with the movement offered to you, is what will make the

difference.

There is an overall agreement to keep an open mind and respect together with acceptance, is

one of our strongest keywords.

Being attentive to each other and embracing our differences will provide a an open as well as

safe environment where we can all create, dedicate, grow and most importantly BE.
